Services include: Hoover Treatment Center – program to address the special needs and challenges of overcoming addiction. Supportive Housing – provides a safe and structured environment for the homeless. Affordable Housing Plan – offers services and training that customers need to shop, purchase, rehabilitate, ensure and manage a home. Empowerment Village – residential facility for people with special needs. Other programs include Health Initiative and Health and Wellness.
